Why We Exist
Harbors North was founded on a simple observation: people in Northern Michigan struggling with treatment-resistant depression and anxiety didn't have local access to the most effective treatments available.
For too many patients, the path looked the same — try one medication after another, with little improvement and growing frustration. The advanced treatments that were changing lives downstate and in major cities simply weren't available here.
We built Harbors North to change that. Our clinic exists to bring FDA-approved, evidence-based treatments like Spravato and TMS therapy directly to the community that needs them — so patients don't have to travel hours or settle for options that haven't worked.
This isn't general psychiatry. We focus exclusively on advanced treatment for depression and anxiety because that focus allows us to develop deeper expertise, deliver better outcomes, and give every patient the specialized attention they deserve.
