When You Call
Our patient access coordinator usually takes the call. They'll listen, answer practical questions, and connect you with the right person for next steps.
Most first calls run five to ten minutes. Long enough to understand your situation and get you what you need — short enough that you can step away from your day to make it.
A bit about what's brought you to us, which treatment you're asking about (if you know), and your insurance. Nothing clinical, nothing you have to prepare for.
If Spravato or TMS could be worth a conversation with your provider, the coordinator walks you through what comes next — the referral process, and if it turns out to be a fit, scheduling an initial assessment with our nurse practitioner.
