Our Services

Advanced, FDA-approved treatments for depression and anxiety — for patients who haven't found relief from traditional approaches.

Specialized Treatment, Not General Psychiatry

At Harbors North, we focus exclusively on advanced treatments for depression and anxiety. We offer two FDA-approved therapies — Spravato and TMS — each with a strong clinical track record for patients who haven't responded to traditional antidepressants.

Northern Michigan's only clinic offering both Spravato and TMS therapy

Spravato esketamine nasal spray treatment

Spravato (Esketamine) Therapy

Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. It works differently than traditional antidepressants, targeting a different pathway in the brain to provide relief — often within weeks rather than months.

TMS Therapy

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It's an effective alternative for patients who want relief from depression without adding another medication.

Quick 15-minute sessions, Monday through Friday
